• Applicants are advised to upload their scanned photograph and signature for the MH CET Medical 2015 Application Form in prescribed format. Upon uploading,images file will be displayed on the screen. Click submit button to confirm if the images are properly uploaded. If not click on reload button to change the images
• Candidates are advised to upload their scanned digital photograph and signature in jpeg format only
• Upon completing these steps of form filling a link will be displayed to generate the Bank Challan. Take a print out of the Challan and make payment at any of the designated bank after 48hours of MH CET Medical 2015application registration

• After 24 hours of making the exam fee payment of MH CET Medical 2015, candidate must log in to MH CET Medical 2015 application form using their MH CET 2015 Registration No and password and see if the Bank transaction ID No. and date of payment has been updated.
