St. John’s National Academy of Health Sciences - Exam Pattern PG Entrance Test 2016
- St. John PG medical entrance exam 2015 paper will cover all the undergraduate MBBS subjects. The examination consists of Multiple Choice Questions.
- There will be a Computer Based Test (CBT). This test will cover all the undergraduate M.B.B.S. subjects.
- The examination commences at 9.30 a.m. and the duration of the paper is 3 hrs. All candidates who wish to take the CBT are required to be in their assigned seats at the time, date and place stipulated.
- Based on the performance in the test, candidates will be called for an interview at short notice before the Selection Committee.
- Candidates may have to appear for a Clinical test during the interviews.
- Candidates must come prepared to pay the fees and join the Post Graduate Course immediately thereafter.
- Admission to various courses will be provisional and is subject to confirmation of eligibility by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS).
- The selected candidate should obtain the Eligibility Certificate personally from the University and submit it along with other certificates before paying the fees.
- The duration of the various courses and syllabi will be as laid down by the RGUHS from time to time.
- The date of commencement of the classes will be notified as per the calendar of events of the Rajiv Gandhi University.
The College is affiliated to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka and recognised for the following post-graduate degree/diploma courses, with the approval of the Medical Council of India and the Government of Karnataka.
St. John’s Medical College and Hospital and School of Nursing were started in 1963, 1975 and 1980 respectively at Bangalore by the C.B.C.I. Society for Medical Education. The School of Nursing was upgraded to the College of Nursing in 1989. In 1994 all the Institutions were brought under the common name: St. John's National Academy of Health Sciences. St. John’s Research Institute was the latest addition to the Academy in the year 2004.
