BDS Admission 2015 through AUDET 2015 Entrance Test

Adesh University, Bathinda has invited applications for admission to vacant seats in BDS Programme for 2015 session through Special Entrance Test (AUDET-2015).

Distributions of Seats are as under: (i) For Indian Students: 85* (ii) For NRI/Foreign Students: 15 (iii) 25% for Scheduled Castes (SC) (iv) 5% for Backward Classes (BC).

Eligibility Criteria for Adesh University Bathinda BDS Admission 2015

A person who has attained the age of 17 years or more on December 31 of the year of admission.

Applicants must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent exam and the qualifying exam as a applicant from a recognized institution/university; the 10+2 or equivalent exam will be as per details given below and possesses one of the following qualifications shall be eligible to join the first year class of the course:

(i) The Higher Secondary Exam or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2 Higher Secondary Exam after a period of 12 years study, the last two years of study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course for English as prescribed by the National Council for Education Research & Training after the introduction of the 10+2+3 years educational structure as recommended by the National Committee on Education; (or)

(ii) The intermediate exam in science of an Indian University / Board or other recognized examining body with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, which shall include a practical test in these subjects and also English as a compulsory subject.

(iii) B.Sc Examination of an Indian University, provided that he/she has passed the B.Sc Exam with not less than two of the following subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) and further that he/she has passed the earlier qualifying exam with the following subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.

Selection of Process for Adesh University Bathinda BDS Programs

The admission to the BDS Program will be on the basis of a competitive entrance test(AUDET-2015).

Applicant must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Englishindividually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the qualifying exam and in addition must have come in the merit list prepared as a result of such competitive entrance examination by securing not less than 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in the competitive examination.

Online Application Form Procedure

Online Application Form for Entrance Test (AUDET-2015) must be filled before due date i.e. 30th July 2015 along with the fee detail in the shape of Demand Draft (DD) in favour of Adesh Institute of Medical Sciences and Research payable at Bathinda of Rs.4000/- (Rs.3000/- for SC Applicants) on account of Prospectus and entrance test fee.

After filling the on-line application form along with the detail of bank draft the applicant is required to get the print out of the filled on-line application form put full signature and thumb impression on the provide space and submit the same to the university by August 01st 2015(Without Late Fee) preferably by hand or through Speed Post/Regd.

Post (courier will not be acceptable) along with the copies of the documents as per Clause No. 14.6 below at Postal address: Registrar, Adesh University, NH-7, Barnala Road, Bathinda-151101 (Punjab); on-line portal will be closed after July 30th 2015.

Application along with copies of relevant documents with late fee of Rs.2000/- will be accepted at university counter by hand up to August 01st 2015

Fee Structure for BDS Programs

i) Tuition Fees (other than NRI/Foreign students): 1st year – Rs 1,65,000/-, 2nd Rs year – Rs 1,81,500/-, 3rd year – Rs 1,99,650/- & 4th year – Rs 2,19,615/-.

ii) Hostel & other charges including Room Rent, Electricity, Mess etc are Rs 1,14,500/- per year. Hostel/College charges are subject to revision from time to time.

iii) Security Deposit (Refundable) – Rs 30,000/-.

Last date for submission of on-line application form on August 06th 2015

Last date for submission of printed copy of application along with required documents and fees of Rs.3000/- (Rs.2000/- for SC) in Cash/Demand Draft in favour of Adesh Institute of Dental Sciences & Research, Payable at Bathinda is August 08th 2015 up to 05.00pm.

Applicant can submit AUDET-2015 Application Form alongwith self attested copies of certificates at the campus of Adesh University Barnala Road Bathinda by hand with fee of Rs.3000/- for General category (Rs. 2000/- for SC applicants) on August 08th 2015 up to 05.00 pm
