Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Satara (Maharashtra) aim of opening a medical college is to educate the students of rural area , was started in 2012 with the intake of 100 students for MBBS Course . It is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nasik. It is approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI), New Delhi and recognized by the Government of Maharashtra.
